TorqMind’s MasterMind saves the vehicles you enter (year, make, model, engine, and related notes) in your browser so answers stay locked to the car you selected. That data stays on your device unless you clear site storage.

MasterMind questions are processed to generate diagnostic guidance. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, VINs you want kept private beyond this device, or other sensitive personal data in chat.

If you use Report a problem, we receive the summary, details, optional email, vehicle label, and any screenshots or short video you attach so we can fix bugs and wrong answers. Only send what you’re comfortable sharing.

We do not currently sell personal data. If cloud accounts, billing, or licensed workshop data are added later, we will update this page and show any extra terms that apply.
